Miscellaneous

Confirmation of reservation must be shown at check-in. Tickets will not be provided at hotel check-in. Two adult exhibition tickets will be supplied on arrival at the British Museum.
Identification must be taken to the Ticket Desk at The British Museum, Great Russell Street, London, WC1B 3DG. Acceptable identification is Hilton Key Card holder, Hilton Confirmation Email. credit card, driving licence, passport . Your pre-assigned tickets will be waiting for you.
Exhibition is held at The Reading Room at The British Museum. Additional adult or children's tickets cannot be purchased at the hotel and are not guaranteed to be available for purchase at the museum ticket desk.
Guests must arrive promptly at the arrival time stated on the package booked, as late entry is not guaranteed.
