• How many points do I need to earn a hotel reward?

• How many rooms per stay can be booked with points?

  The number of available rooms you can redeem points for is limited only by the number of points you have in your account.

• Can I receive credit if I’m paying for more than one room?

  [Members can earn Base point credit for up to two rooms per stay if all eligible charges for both rooms are paid together on one folio. Base point credit will be earned for all eligible folio charges incurred on both rooms. Bonuses issued on Base points or total folio charges, including VIP tier bonuses (15%, 25% or 50% depending on member tier), and double or triple point promotions, will be calculated based upon the total Base point credit earned or folio charges incurred for both rooms. For other bonuses, including partner bonus points and other promotional bonuses, bonus points will be awarded on one room only. You will receive only one stay credit (including credit toward HHonors VIP tiers), and only one mileage credit will be earned.]

• When I convert HHonors points to airline miles, how long does it take until miles are credited to my frequent flyer account?

  Please allow 60 days for miles to be credited, after your initial request is complete and processed. Problems in processing an incomplete request may result in additional delays.

• Why can I exchange 5,000 airline miles and receive 10,000 HHonors points, but only receive 1,500 miles for 10,000 HHonors points?
