  • Do I have to sign up for an HHonors account to find out about hotel rates?

    No. You can always research hotels and rates without enrolling, but having an account lets you book reservations faster and easier.

  • How do I book an HHonors reward stay?

    You can redeem your HHonors points online or by phone for any Standard Hotel Reward.
    You can also book a Point Stretcher Reward at select Hilton Family hotels during specified time periods using 40% fewer points than Standard Rewards.


    Begin your search for participating hotels and corresponding reward categories or view detailed instructions on how to redeem points for a hotel reward. Do not contact hotel directly, rewards must be booked online or through any HRCC office.

  • How do I cancel or change a reservation?

    [Use the reservations lookup feature to cancel or modify an existing reservation made online, using your confirmation number and either the credit card used for confirmation or your last name.]
