  • Are all Hilton hotels 5 star?

    Each Hilton hotel has been given a 4 or 5 star rating in accordance with our own independent star rating criteria. Hotels with a 4 star rating are of the general standard you can expect whilst a 5 star rating identifies hotels with additional facilities. These ratings are not related to, or intended to replace any ratings awarded to Hilton hotels by any independent leisure industry organisation(s).

  • Do all Hilton Hotels have family rooms?

    Some hotels have family rooms that include either sofa or bunk beds or where you can arrange to have an extra bed placed in a double/twin room. Some rooms may even have an additional double bed. Family rooms are subject to availability and certain types of rooms may carry a supplement.
